When you hit “continue” you will go to a provider search tool for all BCBSAZ networks. However, not every doctor is in the network for every plan. If you are trying to see if a doctor is in the network for a certain health plan, close this window and search the network for that health plan (e.g., Alliance HMO or Statewide PPO).
This is important because if you visit a doctor who is not in the network for your plan, you may have large out-of-network costs, or you may have no coverage at all. To help keep healthcare costs low, only visit healthcare providers who are in your plan network.
